Dimapur: The All India Mahila Congress (AIMC) launched Project Shakti at Congress Bhawan here on Wednesday.

AIMC secretary and Nagaland in-charge, Kim Haokip, said the project is a simple medium through which women Congress workers across the country can establish contact with the party's central leadership.

She said the project would make the voice of the Congress reach every booth, block, village, town and district across the country and would provide a channel for opinions and feedback of the party women workers to reach the party's central leadership.

She said the medium will be used to educate the workers on Congress programmes relevant to the state and districts concerned.
