A lazy weekend with a late start to the day followed by an elaborate brunch that boasts of a lot of our favourite cuisines together — if that appeals to you, head to Seasonal Tastes, the all-day dining at The Westin Kolkata, Rajarhat, and get spoilt for choice.
The Sunday brunch in the youngest star hotel in the city promises a chaat station, a seafood station, cold cuts and cured meats, handmade pasta, local delicacies, Thai curries, dim sums, handcrafted chocolates and a wide selection of desserts. The live counters reflect the tone of the brunch — “food speaking for itself”, according to executive sous chef Ravish Mishra. t2 picks its favourites from the menu.
“We do not expect people to leave in an hour immediately after the meal. People can come in around noon and be there till 4-4.30pm. It is a leisure brunch and we have placed emphasis on cuisines from different regions of India and the world,” said Ravish Mishra, executive sous chef, The Westin Kolkata, Rajarhat.
