The final countdown at YCO 2017, with t2

And then, there were 10. The final cook-off began at around 11am on February 2 in Salt Lake’s IndiSmart Hotel where contestants from 10 countries cooked up a storm for the last round of the third edition of International Young Chef Olympiad 2017, presented by International Institute of Hotel Management in association with t2. The objective? To cook four portions of four types of tapas and a main dish with fish. Churning out 20 plates in two hours is no mean feat and the young chefs handled it with style. Snapshots before the grand finale where Singapore’s Tham Jiajun Mathew came out tops.
