#WINTERISCOMING AND OZORA IS READY WITH ITS NEW MENU

THAI STYLE PAN FRIED NOODLES CHICKEN:

A perfect union of Chinese meets Thai. Noodles are pan-fried and the red Thai curry poured on top of the crispy bed of noodles with grilled veggies like broccoli, bell pepper and, of course, chicken on top. This combo has a burst of flavours — tangy and spicy— that blends so well with the crunchy bland noodles. 

What: Winter Menu

Where: Ozora, 20th floor of Acropolis mall, Kasba connector

When: 4pm to midnight

Expect: You will feel a slight nip in the air once you go to the rooftop bar of Acropolis mall on the 20th floor. The chill zone that offers a stunning view of the city’s skyline, has launched a winter menu that will be on for the next six months. “We will be having a concept of a Winter and Summer menu now. The former boasts of dishes that are creamy, heavy with a lot of cheese, meat and seasonal veggies! While the Summer Menu will have lighter bites with a focus on salads and lighter dressings,” said Varun Mimani of Ozora. What’s more? The 10,000sq ft Skydeck now has permanent tipple licence which means a whole lot of yummy drinks to choose from.

CHICKEN TIKKA MAKHNI RISOTTO:

The menu has its prime focus on fusion food. Try this one if you love Indian, spicy and risotto because it is cooked with makhni sauce and garnished with chicken tikka, cherry tomatoes and veggies! Relish it when hot to enjoy the robust flavours and creaminess.

Three mushroom ravioli:

This triangular handmade ravioli is stuffed with three types of mushrooms — shiitake, button and porcini — and tossed in home-made tomato sauce, making things tangy. The colourful winter menu has a lot of organic and natural food colours, think spinach, beetroot, carrots...

TIRAMISU:

#Nomnom #DeathByDessert #foodgasm... this dessert is totally worthy of these hashtags! The coffee tiramisu comes in a cup which is made of white chocolate and is completely edible! If you don’t like your dessert too sweet then this one is for you.

SCOTTISH SALMON:

If you love Continental cuisine look not beyond this jumbo dish. A meal in itself, this delicacy has grilled Scottish salmon served with saffron butter sauce that lends the salty and aromatic taste. Confit potatoes, asparagus and beetroot are served on the side.

WHISKY BOB:

A refreshing whisky-based cocktail that packs in sweet vermouth, ice and a few drops of bitters with a cherry on top. With 60ml whisky in this one, go despacito!

G STRING:

White rum, dark rum... ta ra rum pum! This cocktail is topped with pineapple juice and vanilla essence that has a mild aroma. If you like your poison sweet, this is the one!
