Inventory improves

Coal India's inventory at the start of the next fiscal year (from April 1) is expected to be sharply lower at 54.83 million tonnes (mt) against 68.42mt inventory at the start of this fiscal.The year saw a see-saw situation in inventories as the public sector miner grappled with fluctuating demand and had to manage production, accordingly.
