The School of Engineering and Technology at Adamas University successfully concluded the fourth edition of its flagship techno-cultural fest, SIGNIFIYA 2026, held on March 27 and 28. The two-day event brought together innovation, creativity, and competitive spirit, emerging as a vibrant platform for students across disciplines.

The fest witnessed an overwhelming participation of over 2,000 individuals, including more than 1,400 students from Adamas University and over 600 participants from various institutions across West Bengal and beyond. This impressive turnout highlights SIGNIFIYA’s growing stature as a regional hub for aspiring innovators, creators, and professionals.

SIGNIFIYA 2026 featured a diverse lineup of 18 events spanning technical, non-technical, and gaming domains. Key highlights included “Dil Se Design” and “Coding Premier League,” which emphasised digital creativity and problem-solving skills. Core engineering competitions such as Bridge Making, Tower Making, Circuitronix, Re-Fab, and Lathe War challenged participants to apply practical knowledge and technical expertise.

Robotics events like Robo Path Follower and Robo Soccer showcased innovation and precision, while business-centric competitions such as Power Deal and Tech Monopoly tested participants’ strategic thinking and decision-making abilities in competitive scenarios.

Adding a cultural flair to the fest, non-technical events like Treasure Hunt, Dance Battle, and Arm Wrestling attracted enthusiastic participation and audience engagement. The gaming segment proved to be a major crowd-puller, with popular titles such as BGMI, Valorant, Free Fire, and E-Football drawing large numbers of participants and spectators.
