BCCI seeks Code review

Calcutta/Mumbai: Days after the International Cricket Council (ICC) appointed judicial commissioner in the James Anderson-Ravindra Jadeja altercation case asked the governing body to review the Code of Conduct, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has jumped onto the bandwagon.

On Thursday, BCCI secretary Sanjay Patel said in Mumbai: “As I see it the ICC Code of Conduct needs to be revampedů Currently the BCCI could not have asked for an appeal against the decision of the judicial commissioner... The appellant in this case could have been only the ICC. It’s a big flaw (in the process).”
