Lanka win

London: Sri Lanka rode Thisara Perera's quickfire 49 off 20 balls to win the one-off T20I by nine runs, against England, at the Oval, on Tuesday.

“For the last couple of years, I’ve been used to bowling in pressure situations… I’m used to it and I work hard in those situations,” captain Malinga, who took three wickets, said.

“Earlier, I used to say to captains to give me the ball,” Malinga added.

Sri Lanka scored 183 for seven and England could manage only 174 in their stipulated overs.
