Four bodies recovered

Tezpur, Feb. 22: Four bodies were recovered by residents and police at Chauldhua in Assamís Sonitpur district today, triggering tension at Behali and its adjoining areas.

Sonitpur superintendent of police Sanjukta Parasor said the bodies were identified as that of Maneswar Munda, Bishoni Tenron, Burha Tenron, and Suren Kramancha. The four had gone missing after the January 29 incident at Chauldhua in Behali forest in which 12 people were killed by goons.
