India-B drub Germany

Imphal, Nov. 26: India-B (Manipur team) defeated Germany 16-3 in the Manipur Polo International at Mapal Kangjeibung in Imphal today.

For Manipur, M. Jawan scored two goals, P. Ojit nine and S. Bimol scored five goals. For Germany, Gunther Kiesl, Philip Furst and Alexandra Piltiz scored a goal each.

India (A) defeated France 8-1. Lt Col Juginder scored four goals, Lt Col Prasant Thakur scored one and Naveen Singh scored three goals. For France, Paul Benatter scored a goal.
