Sibal call

Kohima, Oct. 13: Union human resources development minister Kapil Sibal today patted the people of Nagaland for their courage.

Speaking after laying the foundation of a National Institute of Technology campus at Chumukedima near Dimapur this afternoon, he hoped that the institute would herald a new beginning for the youth of the state to empower themselves through science and engineering education.

Chief minister Neiphiu Rio, minister for higher education and urban development Shurhozelie Liezietsuji, MP C.M. Chang, chairman of board of governors N.M. Borah and top officials and educationists of the state were present at the event.
