Firefighters try to control a blaze that broke out at the Marriott Hotel in Islamabad on Thursday. The fire erupted five months after a suicide truck bomber killed 55 people at the hotel. There were no reports of any deaths in the fire. However, a doctor said 12 to 15 people had been hurt. Islamabad’s top administrator Kamran Lashari said the fire was apparently caused by an electrical short-circuit. (AFP)
