New Delhi, March 19 (PTI): Mohammad Dossa, alias Majnoom, one of the main accused in the 1993 Bombay blasts case, was brought here tonight from Dubai.
Dossa, once a key associate of Dawood Ibrahim, was deported by the UAE late in the evening. Dossa is accused of bringing explosives, including RDX used in the serial blasts, and arranging youths for training in Pakistan.
Minister of state for home I.D. Swami said the deportation was a big success for the Indian investigative agencies.
Dossa is the fifth person to be deported from Dubai to India over the last few months.
His name figured in India’s most wanted list which was handed over to the UAE last month.
