Actor Allu Arjun’s shoe-drop move in the recently released Pushpa 2: The Rule song Pushpa Pushpa has caught the attention of Australian cricketer David Warner, a die hard fan who won hearts online by recreating Allu’s iconic ‘Jhukega Nahi’ pose from the first instalment of the film series in 2021.

“Oh dear, how good is this. Now I’ve got some work to do,” wrote Warner in the comments section of a post from Allu on Instagram. The actor offered to teach Warner the steps in person. “@davidwarner31...it’s easy....I will show you when we meet,” read Arjun’s reply.

Warner had congratulated Allu after the actor unveiled his new wax statue at Madame Tussauds Museum in Dubai on March 28.

In his caption, Warner wrote, “How good is this legend @alluarjunonline congrats #pushpa.”

The 37-year-old cricketer often posts face-swapping videos, set to chartbusters like Eyy Bidda Ye Mera Adda.

Warner had also recreated Allu’s iconic ‘Yevva Thaggede Le’ dialogue from the 2021 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise.

Pushpa 2: The Rule also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil, who are reprising their roles from the previous instalment of the film series.

The action thriller also features Dhanunjay, Rao Ramesh, Suneel, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Ajay Ghosh in prominent roles. The music for Pushpa 2 is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, with cinematography by Miroslaw Kuba Brozek and editing by Karthika Srinivas.
