Prime Minister Narendra Modi claimed that the Congress will not win even 50 seats in the Lok Sabha elections and will not be able to get the opposition party status after the polls. Attacking the BJD, he called for ousting from power those responsible for keeping people poor despite the state having bountiful natural resources.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has called a meeting of all AAP MLAs on May 12, party sources said. "It is a key meeting and will also see discussions on the Lok Sabha polls in Delhi on May 25," a party source said.
BJP leader and advocate G Devaraje Gowda, arrested for alleged molestation and rape, was taken to Holenarasipura, where the incident had allegedly taken place, for questioning, police said. A case of molestation was registered against Gowda on April 1.

National Investigation Agency (NIA) conducted searches at six locations across Jammu province in Pakistan-backed conspiracy to spread terror in the region, an official statement said.
