Shortly after hosting a baby shower with his wife Natasha Dalal, dad-to-be Varun Dhawan set the stage on fire with his Jug Jugg Jeeyo co-star Prajakta Koli as they grooved to the beats of the 2022 chartbuster The Punjaabban Song on Day 2 of the digital content festival Social Nation in Mumbai.
A video shared on the festival's official Instagram page shows Varun and Prajakta bringing the house down with their electrifying moves. The Bhediya actor opted for a blue-and-white shirt, left unbuttoned and layered over a vest, while Prajakta's all-black ensemble formed a striking contrast.
A video shared by the Mismatched actress provides a sneak peek into her practise sessions before the performance. Prajakta is seen greeting the crowd and welcoming Varun to the stage in the video.
A festival for fans and content creators, Social Nation 2024 was attended by a slew of Bollywood stars including Ananya Panday and Rajkummar Rao.
Kusha Kapila, Sejal Kumar, Munawar Faruqui, Anisha Dixit and Uorfi Javed were among the influencers present at the event, which took place on April 20 and April 21 at Jio World Garden in Mumbai.
On the work front, Prajakta is all set to reprise her role as Dimple Ahuja in Season 3 of Netflix’s coming-of-age drama Mismatched. The series also stars Rohit Saraf and Vihaan Samat in key roles.
Varun will soon be seen in Kalees’s upcoming action drama Baby John, slated to hit the theatres on May 31. The actor is awaiting the premiere of his OTT series Citadel: Honey Bunny, also starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Besides, Varun is set to star in Dharma Productions’ Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari and Prime Video’s upcoming web series Call Me Bae.
