CA Technologies India Wins “Best IT Employer” Award in Dataquest Annual Survey 2012
CA Technologies India won Dataquest Annual Survey 2012’s coveted “Best IT Employer” award in the less than 2,000 employee category. The award was presented at the CyberMedia ICT Awards 2012 ceremony, held in New Delhi on 12 October.

Over 50 companies participated in the nationwide survey that aimed to identify the best companies to work. CA Technologies India achieved top three ranking in the following categories:
1: Overall Best Employer; Dream Company Industry Criteria (i.e. how employees of other participating companies have rated CA Technologies India)
2: Human Resources
3: Company Culture; Salary; and Appraisal
The HR initiatives that helped CA Technologies India clinch the top spot include: annual employee preventative health check-up, employee assistance program, employee wellness, higher education, medical insurance, 24/7 ambulance and professional medical assistance, sabbatical, alternate work arrangement, rewards and recognition.
“This award is dedicated to all the employees of CA Technologies India,” said Sakaar Anand, vice president, Human Resources, CA Technologies India. “The Dataquest survey was a moment of truth for us. It is gratifying to see that the actions taken by our leadership team over the last two years resonate with our employees at all levels and across the industry as well. Around 100 employees from CA Technologies India were randomly selected by Dataquest to participate in the questionnaire-based survey last July.
