Marie-Louise Skafte Joins The Cronos Group as Vice President & General Counsel

The Cronos Group has announced the appointment of Marie-Louise Skafte as Vice President & General Counsel. Ms. Skafte will be based in San Francisco, California, and she will be responsible for Cronos’ global legal activities, corporate governance and general policies.

Ms. Skafte was previously General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Deutsche Post DHL-Canada in Ontario, Canada. Prior to that, she held key management positions at DHL Express (USA), Inc., APL Limited, MasTec Inc., and the Massachusetts Port Authority.
