Jennifer Lopez’s upcoming film gives a unique twist to the action-comedy genre. The actor will be exchanging blows and jibes with an AI assistant, who joins her on a mission to capture a rogue robot. Titled Atlas, this Netflix film’s trailer introduces us to the central conflict: JLo and her AI buddy must set aside their differences to take on this robot, failing which it could completely take over humanity. The clip has a healthy mix of jaw-dropping action and hilarious comedy, with a power-packed ensemble that includes Simu Liu and Sterling K. Brown. Set to release on May 24, this promises to be the summer blockbuster we have all been waiting for.
