1. The Participants understand that sending the coupons implies acceptance to the terms and conditions of the contest/game/promotion.
2. The final winners will be contacted over phone and / or e-mail if selected through lucky draw.
3. ABP Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible if the winner is unavailable at the contact details provided by the participant despite reasonable attempts being made to inform him / her.
4. Winners will be selected on the basis of a lucky draw by ABP Pvt. Ltd. from all the correct legible entries, based on the best slogan together with highest bidding amount and shall be entitled to the items depicted in the advertisement.
5. To participate in the contest, all contestants should have reached the age of majority on the date of submission of entries.
6. The items depicted in the advertisements are for indicative purposes only. The actual items may vary in features from those in the advertisements.
7. Items will be distributed either from the nearest office of ABP Pvt. Ltd. or any other location, or through courier or any other mode as may be deemed fit by the company, which will be indicated over phone and / or e-mail. ABP Pvt Ltd shall not bear any responsibility of transporting the items to the respective winners.
8. The winner is required to produce identity proof (electoral card / passport / driving license / institutional ID card) to be produced at the time of receiving the item.
9. Items are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged and/or redeemed for cash.
10. ABP Pvt Ltd is not liable for any warranty either expressed or implied, concerning the items.
11. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer of the items.
12. Incomplete and/ or illegible entries shall be disqualified. No entry fee is required
13. Photocopies of this advertisement is not acceptable
14. All entries should reach The Telegraph Drop box outlets in Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad and Bokaro on or before 4 p.m. on every Saturdays. Entries received after 4 p.m. shall not be entertained.
15. ABP Pvt Ltd and its associates shall not be held responsible for non-receipt of entries.
16. ABP Pvt Ltd reserves the right to add / withdraw and / or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time, without any prior intimation.
17. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata.
18. Employees, relatives and family members of ABP Pvt. Ltd., sponsors of the contest/game/promotion and associated agencies shall not be eligible to participate in the contest/game/promotion.
19. Winners will have to pay tax on the items as per existing provisions of the Income Tax Act.
20. The date of invitation to the successive rounds of The Telegraph Bigwins BidMania cannot be exchanged or changed with any other date.
21. All entrants and winners waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the contest against ABP Pvt Ltd.
22. This promotion / contest / game is open only to Indian Nationals residing in Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad and Bokaro.
23. ABP Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or discontinue or terminate the contest/game/promotion at any time or to accept or reject any or all entries at its absolute discretion without giving any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
24. The decision of ABP Pvt Ltd will be final and binding with regard to any dispute arising out of this contest/game/promotion and is non-contestable.
