Tripura girl heads for US

Agartala, May 28: Patatri Chakraborty, 20, has been selected to study in an university in the US at the bachelorís level by an open selection process.

She had appeared for the HS examination from Don Bosco School here and an admission test for engineering and applied science and was selected by the State University of New York. Patatri was also selected by Cornel and University of Kentucky.

But she chose State University of New York for her higher rank and lesser financial burden.

She received the visa for five years and she is flying to New York this August.
