Are you or your friends planning to host a wedding reception in the steel city this shaadi season? If yes, then you’re in luck.
City-based events firm D3 is all set to organise Wedafair, a one-stop fair for all wedding needs, at The Beldih Club from Friday. t2 is media partner for the fair, which will be open from 11am to 8 pm.
The three-day fair will showcase all wedding requirements under one roof, providing citizens with a golden opportunity to choose the trendiest items for themselves or their loved ones.
Be it bridal trousseau in various designs, heavy jewellery or lifestyle products, the 20 kiosks at Wedafair will have everything to offer.
Visitors to the fair can also get information regarding caterers and honeymoon packages. Organisers said the fair was ideal in today’s life when people seldom have sufficient time to plan their marriage.
“These days, marriages have become grand events and people do not want to leave any stone unturned. A wedding is a moment of a lifetime and people tend to run from pillar to post to make everything special. This fair provides you everything under one roof,” claimed Deepika Pandey Singh, owner of D3 events & publicity.
A major draw of the event is that varieties across all budgets will be showcased at the fair. So, visitors can choose their favourite garments or jewellery with an eye on their pockets.
The fair is a win-win situation for both denizens and exhibitors. While the former will get the trendiest items, the latter will get a chance to interact with customers and expand their network.
Wedafair is, however, not just about buying and selling wedding items.
A musical performance by Calcutta based band Angels Wish will be organised on Feb 8 to pep up the visitors’ moods.
D3 partner Sweta Mahapatra expressed hope that the fair will be a success. “Jamshedpureans always want to make their weddings picture perfect with chic clothes and accessories. At Wedafair, they will get items of top brands and boutiques, as per their preference,” she said.
