Dhubri, Jan. 23: The Chagolia inter-state checkgate of Dhubri district still being used as one of the two vital routes to transport red sandalwood to various states in the Northeast.

This has come to light after 8.245 quintals of red sandalwood valued at Rs 1 crore was seized in the district last night.
