t2 calender launch today

Guwahati, Jan. 9: It promises to be a date with the who’s who of the Northeast and beyond; celebrities, artists, designers and models will grace the t2 calendar launch tomorrow at Gauhati Town Club.

The launch, being held in association with Emami, will feature a five-round fashion show — choreographed by Meenu Paul — where 16 top t2 models from the Northeast will walk the ramp — showcasing an ensemble of designers — Vaishali Shadangule of Lakme Fashion Week fame, Payal Chadha and Bu Gohain.

A fashion, lifestyle and entertainment tabloid, t2, was launched in the region nine months ago. This is the first t2 calendar launch in the country.

The calendar’s theme is inspired by the five classical elements — wood, earth, water, fire and metal. It features 12 models from the region.

Radiant Distillers, Gallery 2000, Dalmia Cement and Topcem Cement are the celebration partners of the event while Ramdhenu is the TV partner.
