Calcutta: Cricket South Africa (CSA) announced changes to the starting time of two day-night ODIs against India. The change has been made in the timings of the first one-dayer, at the Wanderers, Johannesburg, and the third, at the Centurion.
Both the matches that were supposed to start from 6pm (IST) have been brought forward by an hour will now get underway from 5pm.
The second ODI, at the Kingsmead, Durban, will be a day-match and will start from 1.30pmFans, who have already bought tickets and feel that the earlier start does not suit them, will be entitled to a refund.
Meanwhile, Stephen Cook will captain the South African Invitation XI against India in a two-day tour match in Benoni, starting on December 14.
“As always, these matches against international touring sides offer the opportunities for players to showcase their talent at a higher level,” commented SA Invitation XI coach Vinnie Barnes.
