DIG, Rapid Action Force (RAF), Malini Agarwal (second from left) inaugurates a family welfare centre at the 106th Battalion camp in Sundernagar, on the outskirts of the city, on Tuesday. Speaking to mediapersons on the occasion, Agarwal said that besides using non-lethal weapons, the RAF planned to employ trained dogs and horses to ward off protesters during demonstrations and riots.
