Calcutta: Inderjit Singh Bindra, a former president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), seems to be going good friend Lalit Modi’s way.
It’s understood that many within the BCCI, particularly president Narayanswamy Srinivasan (despite himself being in trouble), are upset that Bindra has made public several sensitive documents.
Bindra, on Thursday, tweeted that the BCCI is trying to stop Modi from exposing a fraud. “BCCI is as usual in fixing game... trying to fix Lalit Modi to cover up the exposure of 10,000 crores,” the tweet read, followed by an internet link to those ‘highly confidential’ documents.
The link has severely embarrassed the BCCI, besides raising questions over some of those who are currently calling the shots.
