Calcutta: The former MCC secretary and winner of the Club’s Peter Smith Award in 2011, Keith Bradshaw, is being treated for cancer. His friends have established an Appeal Fund to assist him with his treatment.

A right-hand middle-order batsman during his playing days, Keith played 25 first-class matches for Tasmania between 1984-85 and 1987-88. He scored a total of 1083 runs at an average of 25.78. He had a highest score of 121, made against Queensland.
He signed with Sussex for the 1986 season but didn’t manage find a place in first XI.
