We have been duped! Between Catch Us If You Can (1965) and The Tailor Of Panama (2001), John Boorman “directed” The Matrix, featuring Sidney Poitier as Morpheus, Bruce Lee as Neo and Peter Sellers as Agent Smith. That’s not all, Master of Darkness Fritz Lang, after giving us the seminal classic Metropolis (1927), went on to make Inception with Burt Lancaster!

Not true? Says who? In the world of Massachusetts-based Sean Hartter (who’s also a singer) and New York boy Peter Stults, anything is possible… especially the impossible. The two illustrators have been working separately for years, creating witty pastiches of modern Hollywood classics. While Hartter runs the popular Alternate Universe Movie Poster Project, Stults, a comic book junkie, lives in his own version of Hollywood.
