Imphal, March 20: Apunba Naharol Shakti defeated Kangchup Road Youth Physical Sporting Association by 4-3 goals in the AMPA 29th state-level Polo Tournament, 2013 at Mapal Kangjeibung.
Apunba Naharol Shakti had an edge throughout.In the dying moments of the game, Kh. Shanta slammed home the winnng fourth goal. The fourth chukker failed to provide any more goals so Apunba Naharol Shakti rode away with 4-3 goal victory.
In another match, Rupkumar Polo (A) beat Nambul Mapal Polo Club(B) by 8-1 goals while Tentha Polo Club blasted Khurai Polo Club (C) by 13-0 goals.
