To break the monotony of the regular menu, Mythh, the coffee shop at HHI, is hosting the Bun & Fun festival till March 17. It’s dedicated to buns and breads from across the globe. “At most coffee shops you get the same list of bread rolls, sandwiches and burgers. So, we decided to introduce new tastes from different parts of the world at this festival,” said Utpal Mondal, corporate chef, HHI Group of Hotels. The menu also has hot salads, wraps and rolls.
The top picks include Teriyaki Beef Burger with double-tossed Mushroom Duxelle, Peri Peri Chicken Steak in Gluten-free Bread (in picture), Chicken Shish Taouk on Multigrain Bread and Garlic-Pepper Tossed Grilled Prawn Open Sandwich on Sushi Rice. For fish lovers, a must-try from the salad section is the Wild Rice and Grilled Salmon with Pesto Mayo.
The vegetarian spread is equally tempting. Do try the Grilled William Pears, Apple, Pineapple and Rocket Lettuce Salad with Edam Napped in Chilli Orange Dressing.
A meal for two comes to Rs 850-plus.
