Calcutta, March 4: The district magistrates of Malda and Nadia, Archana and Abhinava Chandra, respectively, have been transferred.
Archana would be the commissioner, backward classes welfare department, and Chandra the director of ESI.
G. Kirankumar, the CEO of Siliguri Jalpaiguri Development Authority, will be the Malda DM and Chandra will be replaced by P.B. Salim, special secretary, minorities affairs department.
