Imphal, March 3: Reyoungster XI posted a one-wicket win over Yaiskul Athletic Club in the 1st Manipur Elite Cricket League 2012-13 at Luwangpokpa cricket ground today.
In low-scoring game, Yaiskul Athletic Club scored 116 from 35.2 overs in a limited 40-over match.
Bhogen Singh topscored with 27 runs.
Reyoungster bowler Jayenta Singh was the most successful, picking up four wickets while Joychandra took three and Robertson scalped two.
In reply, Reyoungster XI reached the target in 31.3 overs, losing nine wickets in the process.
Reyoungster XI bowler Jayenta Singh was named Man of the Match.
Under-14 cricket
PCA Patsoi registered a 69-run win against Uripok Cricket Club in the MCA Under-14 Cricket Tournament played at Khuman Lampak sports complex.
PCA Patsoi scored 187 from 25 overs in their first innings and later bundled out Uripok Cricket Club for 118/10 from 18.4 overs.
