Itanagar, Feb. 26 (PTI): Arunachal Pradesh governor Gen. (retd) J.J. Singh today asked the people to shoulder the responsibility in carrying forward the rich culture and traditions of Arunachal Pradesh.
Gracing the Nyokum Yullo festival of the Nyishis at Sagalee in Papum Pare district today, the governor extended warm greetings to the people.
