On the menu: Enjoy quite a spread with complimentary Jacob’s Creek Reserve Chardonnay. Choose from salmon, lobster, octopus, jumbo prawn, squid, soft-shell crab, scallop and mussels. And you can choose the way you want your seafood cooked –– stir-fried (comes with Ginger Pepper Rice and Japanese pickled vegetables), grilled (with home-style fries, sea salt and veggies), steamed (served with fragrant Asian-inspired dressing and chilled soba noodle salad) and charcoal cooked (served with mint chutney, lachha onion and papad). You can also order curries — Bengali-style with mustard sauce, delicately-spiced coconut ‘malai curry’ sauce, fiery Goan Ambotik curry and Malaysian Sambal — served with steamed rice, green salad, pickle and papad.
