Madhu Neotia tries out some yummy Khao Suey at The Conclave Carnival 2013 in association with t2 at Club Verde Vista by Conclave on Sunday. The one-day fiesta was quite a treat with Swissotel, Sonar Tori, Afraa, The Conclave, The Orient and Tea Junction whipping up a range of delicacies –– from Masala Muri and Samosas to Kebabs and Brownies. Live cooking counters added to the carnival spirit. “We are quite spread out when it comes to food. This was a capsule of all that we have. This is the first time we have tried it and it was a good start!” smiled Madhu.
