UNITED COLOURS OF MUSIC: Motherjane, the rock band from Kochi, and German multi-instrumentalist and composer Prem Joshua rocked the Nicco Park lawns on Sunday evening where the curtains came down on Fusion Fiesta 2013: Music Against Violence, a Tanmoy Bose initiative. Bringing in fusion bands and musicians from across the globe and India, the three-day fest saw the likes of percussionists Sivamani, V. Selvaganesh and Trilok Gurtu giving power-packed performances on the first two days. A jamboree of food, fashion, art and music, the fest had a fitting finale with percussionist Tanmoy Bose’s Taal Tantra taking the stage by storm.
