Shimla, Feb. 6: A second spell of heavy snowfall in Himachal Pradesh has once again thrown life out of gear.
The worst hit are tribal areas where it has been snowing since last three days.
Seven persons were buried on Wednesday in Kafnu village , 70km from district headquarters Rekong Peo, when two buildings were hit by an avalanche. Three persons have been rescued till now, J.M. Pathania, deputy commissioner, Kinnaur, said.
The capital, Shimla, also received another snow spell measuring 5cm.
