Calcutta: Having made a sensational start to the domestic season, Neha Tripathi aims for consecutive titles on the second leg of the Hero Women’s Professional Golf Tour, that begins at the Tollygunge Club, over 54 holes, on Tuesday.
Neha, who won her maiden women’s professional golf title at the Royal Calcutta Golf Club last week, will certainly enjoy home advantage and, thus, is confident of continuing with her good form.
Sharmila Nicollet, the only Indian to retain her LET card for a second consecutive year, will make a comeback after missing the first phase due to injury.
Being in good form of late, Sharmila is raring to go with the LET card under her belt.
Vani Kapoor and veteran Smriti Mehra, too, would be looking to put up a strong performance in the competition.
