Aizawl, Feb. 1: The ruling Congress today announced H. Ngurdingliana, son of former Congress minister H. Thansanga, as its official candidate for the Chalfilh Assembly byelection to be held on February 23.
The Congress is the last party to announce its candidate.
Ngurdingliana had contested and lost from the same constituency in the 2008 elections.
