What: Kebab and Biryani Festival

Where: The Poolside, Fortune Select Loudon, 21B Dr UN Brahmachari Street.

When: Every Friday and Saturday, till the last weekend of February, 7.30pm till midnight.

On the menu: Dig into mouth-watering kebabs ranging from Pathar Kebab (slice of lamb flavoured in Hyderabadi spices) to Rozali Kebab (malai chicken with lamb mince coating). A bite of the Charcoal Bharwa Pomfret (whole stuffed pomfret cooked in charcoal) is a must. Vegetarians can dig into Peshawari Paneer Tikka (cottage cheese mixed with Lahori spices) or Aloo Nazakat (potato with dry nuts and dried whole milk). As for biryani, the top picks include Dum Gosht Biryani and Subz Biryani.
