Leo eyes rosie!

Leonardo DiCaprio’s roving eye nearly earned him Jason Statham’s fist, if gossip coming out of the Golden Globe Awards, held in mid-January, is to be believed.

Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

The 38-year-old Casanova apparently took a fancy to model-turned-actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley at the Globes after-party.

“After some small talk, Leo introduced Rosie to his posse and poured her a glass of bubbly. She seemed interested, but unaware that Leo was smitten,” revealed a source.

When Transporter star Statham, who has been in a relationship with Rosie for three years, spotted his girl with Leo, he summoned her to his side and didn’t let her out of his sight for the rest of the evening.

Did that deter ladies’ man Leo? The smooth operator — spotted lounging at a beach with a bikini-clad Naomi Campbell last week — quickly shifted attention to another PYT.

Clooney wants low-key GF

George Clooney is reportedly planning to split from girlfriend Stacy Keibler as he wants someone “more low-key”. The Descendants dreamboat, who has been dating the former pro-wrestler since the summer of 2011, is apparently miffed with Stacy’s “love for the limelight”.

“George liked her at first because she wasn’t into fame. Now that Stacy’s been around the A-list, she’s hooked and George hates that,” revealed a source.

The pair did attend the Golden Globe Awards together earlier this month, but it was noted that they didn’t seem as close as earlier.

“Stacy looked distant and sad,” was the popular word. “She’s usually bubbly and excited to be there next to George, but she was like a statue.”

The pair have been spending increasing amounts of time away from each other lately, fuelling further talk of Clooney moving on.

Hotbod loves to knit!

Hollywood hottie Ryan Gosling has an unusual way of unwinding after a long day on set — he likes to knit!

The actor picked up a pair of needles for his role in the 2007 drama Lars and the Real Girl and admits making “oddly-shaped scarves” has since become a hobby.

“I did this scene in Lars and the Real Girl where I was in a room full of old ladies who were knitting, and it was an all-day scene, so they showed me how. It was one of the most relaxing days of my life,” said Gosling, widely regarded as one of the sexiest men in showbiz.

“If I had to design my perfect day, that would be it. And you get something out of it at the end. You get a nice present. For someone who wants an oddly shaped, off-putting scarf!” he added.

Daniel picks rob as 007!

Daniel Craig wants Robert Pattinson to be the next Bond!

Sources have revealed that the two Brit heart-throbs clicked when they met at a recent party, and that Craig said he’d like the 26-year-old screen vampire to succeed him as the iconic Agent 007.

“Daniel told Rob he’d make a brilliant Bond and would like to see a young talented British actor take on the role,” said sources.

“Daniel’s signed on for two more Bond movies but is convinced he’ll do no more — for one thing, he hopes to start a family [with wife Rachel Weisz] soon… and wants to focus on that.”

The source also said Pattinson told Craig he’s a “big fan”, but was “completely taken aback (make that shaken and stirred!) when the compliments were returned and the 007 bit came up!”
