Roads closed to traffic from 5.30am: Hospital Road, Lovers Lane, Casuarina Avenue, Kidderpore Road, Red Road, RR Avenue between Dufferin Road and Government Place West, Gostha Pal Sarani, Strand Road, Outram Road.
