Patna: Several areas in Patna — Gai Ghat, Tripolia, Biscomaun, Sultanganj, Alamganj, Paschim Darwaja, City Chowk, Maharajganj, Mangal Talab, Vachaspati Nagar, Dargah Road, Station Road, Jhauganj, Khajekalan, NMCH Chowk, Malsalami, Sudarshan Path, Marufganj, Naya Azimabad Colony, Alka Colony, Tikiya Toli — would face power cut for six hours on Sunday.

Patna: Punjab National Bank organised a mega debt clearance settlement camp on Friday at Institute of Engineering near R-Block in Patna. About Rs 1.15 crore of 80 various accounts were settled and Rs 11.50 lakh was collected during the camp.

Patna: Lieutenant General S.K. Singh, the vice-chief of the army, on Friday met chief minister Nitish Kumar and presented him with the Insignia of the Indian Army. Saharsa, Jan. 25 (PTI): NDA will decide its prime ministerial candidate at the “appropriate time” ahead of the next general elections, JD(U) national president Sharad Yadav today said.
