Siliguri, Jan. 20: Major Gen. Ashok Kumar Sen, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 111 Sub Area in Bengdubi on the outskirts of Siliguri, was awarded the Vishisht Seva Medal by Lt. Gen. Dalbir Singh, the GOC-in-charge of the Eastern Command, at a special investiture ceremony held at the Fort William auditorium in Calcutta on Friday.
