Ranchi: Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi chose to give Friday’s inauguration of the Jharkhand State Cricket Association’s International Stadium a miss, but he’s nevertheless conveyed his “best wishes.”
According to The Telegraph’s sources, Modi did so in a message to the Association president, Amitabh Choudhary.
Modi is himself the president of the Gujarat Cricket Association and had been invited in that capacity only.
