On the menu: Tickle your taste buds at this seafood festival with 17 starters (including soups) and 12 main-course dishes. The spread covers Lobster Thermidor, Prawn Balchao and much more. The pop picks? Pla Nam Manao (steamed fish with fiery chilli lemon sauce), Samba Prawn Curry and Lahsuni Fish. “Bengal loves fish, so we thought of hosting a food festival covering fish dishes from different countries,” said V.K. Dhar, head chef.
