Postgraduate students of Magadh University (MU) set to appear for their first semester examinations will be evaluated on 80 marks for theory papers and 20 for internal assessment.
The university’s syllabus committee, an independent body, passed the amendment on Wednesday.
The decision was taken to maintain uniformity in the evaluation of answer scripts and preparation of results of the different postgraduate courses, MU controller of examinations Sushil Kumar Singh said.
