Calcutta, Jan. 8: Saugata Roy, member of the Bengal chief minister’s advisory council for industry and IT, said he was looking to submit his suggestions on a new industrial policy to chief minister Mamata Banerjee tomorrow. He has put emphasis on MSMEs that require less land and employ more and has suggested utilising surplus land of sick industries for industrial purposes.
