Recruitment policy for management trainees

Preference is given to candidates with a flair for writing on economic policies, public finance, environmental problems and general socio-economic issues. Experience in organising major events on topical issues will give an extra edge.

Mid-career recruitment

To recruit experienced candidates in line with chamber activities we take the help of placement agencies as well as referrals from resource persons. Direct applications are from exceptional candidates are also accepted.

Terms

The probation period is usually one year but for very senior positions it may be reduced. The payments and statutory benefits are on a par with industry norms.

Postings / transfers

Employees may be posted at our headquarters in Calcutta or at any of the regional offices in New Delhi, Patna, Bhubaneshwar and Guwahati.
